1. Validity
Shop Parol Accessoires (henceforth PAROL) is legally represented by PAROL Schals & Stories, Knickknack Online-Handelsgesellschaft UG (Haftungsbeschränkt), Brandenburgerstr. 35 14467 Potsdam. The terms of trade govern the sale and supply o goods by PAROL to you. PAROL may amend these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any amendments by a notice on the PAROL Online Shop site.
2. PAROL´s contract with you
2.1. Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product is accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information about your order.
2.2. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred in the Billing details.
2.3. Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.
2.4. Acceptance of your Order. Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the "Payment Button" an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or acceptance from PAROL. We will send you a separate confirmation mail. The completion of the contract will take place when your order is dispatched.
3. Returns policy
If for any reaon you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to PAROL for an exchange or refund, providing each is returned to PAROL within 14 days from the day after you´ve received the goods. PAROL recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. PAROL shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible then we will credit the total amount spent by you on the order.

Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer´s responsibility an will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
The goods must be returned unused, with their original packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making refund.
None of the above tems affect your statutory rights when goods ar faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protecion (Distance Selling) Regulations.
4. Delivery of goods
PAROL shall send the goods ordered to the delivery address, which you supply. All delivery times quoted on PAROL Online Shop site ar estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time.
A delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 working days. International shipping might take 3 to 7 working days.
5. Pricing and delivery costs.
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on PAROL Online Shop site. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. All prices shown on the website are in Euro and are inclusive VAT (at the standard German rate).
German VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from merchandise dispatched to non-EU countries.
There shall be an additional charge for delivery. Free shipping within Germany in case of payment in advance. You will find more information in the shipping policy section.
6. Product Availability
We feature product on our website that have been carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken of the website ot the earliest opportunitiy and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order ar out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to an email we send to you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced, and will continue to process the remaining item on your order (where applicable).
7. Payment
You can choose between the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery (only in Germany)
Credit card
We only accept payment for orders in Euros. If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still b taken in Euro at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
Please note, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send uns payment information using email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Security and Privacy policy.
8. Retention of title
Title to the goods shall remain vested in PAROL and shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in in full and received by PAROL.
9. Links/ Copyright
The PAROL website may contain links to other websites. PAROL is unable to take responsibility for the content of such websites.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracts between you and PAROL are governed by German law. All disputes arising aout of or in connection with contracts between you and PAROL shall be submitted to the competent court in Potsdam, Germany.
11. Invalidity of terms and conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
